    Import Export Specialist

    Location: Taiwan

    Position overview:

    This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the world’s leading clinical research organisations and be part of a dynamic and growing international company. Your role as an Import Export Specialist will support our busy local office. 

    • Assures activities are appropriately fulfilled in a timely manner.
    • Coordinates import/export shipments (including but not limited to communication with clients, brokers and customs and completion of appropriate trackers) in a timely manner.
    • Prepares import and export license applications (including but not limited to preparation of calculations, review of documents and communication with the client and the Ministry of Health).
    • Communicates with the Ministry of Health (obtaining Import and Export licenses and submission of clarification requests) and all other applicable regulatory authorities.
    • Communicates with customs brokers and customs (including but not limited to coordination of the flow of documents and preparation of explanation letters).
    • Maintains trackers (including but not limited to KPI and dynamics tracker and IL quota).
    • Reviews and verifies invoices received from vendors that provide services to Import / Export department.
    • Coordinates certification activities.
    • Monitors regulatory requirements.

    • At least 3 years’ experience of coordination of import / export activities (preferably in clinical trial industry).
    • Intermediate in English and Fluent Mandarin
