    We are currently seeking a Project Associate to join our established Medical Affairs Department in Singapore.


    The role as a Project Associate is involved in supporting the Medical Affairs team on projects to achieve study objectives and compliance with the protocol. Within this role, your responsibilities will include:


    • Entering and updating study data in the appropriate systems according to project specifics described in SMMP and SOPs
    • Filing and Archiving of medical documents and relevant communications, documenting all internal and external contacts relating to the protocol in the appropriate systems
    • Managing Internal and External Medical Meetings: organizing meeting schedules, preparing meeting materials, preparing and disseminating meeting agendas and minutes
    • Maintaining records of the Medical Monitoring Support Center (MMSC) and MD on Duty (in EAPA)
    • Coaches and mentors team members for specific projects and processes, as needed
    • Completes review of project documentation and subsequent tracking, metrics as necessary
    • Operating the FAX server
    • Performs other duties as assigned


    The ideal candidate will have An undergraduate degree or its international equivalent in business, finance or health sciences from an accredited institution, or equivalent work experience. Experience in clinical biomedical research is also preferred.


    Ability to read, write and speak fluent English as well as host country language is a requirement.
