    Position overview:


    Our rapid expansion in PRA Japan means that we are experiencing unprecedented growth and we are looking for the best and brightest to form part of our Leadership team.


    As Director of Project Delivery for our Early Development Services team, you will provide leadership to the project delivery team to ensure, oversee and maximize performance of the team’s planning, execution and risk management. You will make sure that deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.


    Maintaining client relationships is also key for this position to secure repeat business with the assigned portfolios through successful delivery of project timelines and quality data whilst maintaining bid profitability.

    • At least 10 years of Project Management experience
    • An undergraduate degree (or international equivalent) in life sciences or health-related field from an accredited institution
    • You will be comfortable operating within a truly global environment and can work effectively with new technologies
    • Fluency in English and Japanese
