You will develop your network through close collaboration with the Swansea based Associate Director and also Project Administration Managers across Europe, regarding ongoing initiatives and improvements. This role will also work closely with Clinical Team Management, Project Management and Resourcing departments at PRA – it is rare opportunity to join a great team in a Management level role. We are looking for applicants who have previous line management/supervisory experience and a passion for supporting and developing team members. Experience on-boarding, training and managing graduate profiles would be an advantage.
Exceptional communication skills are essential for this role. You will have substantial experience using computerised information systems in addition to Microsoft Office applications.
