    Responsibilities

    We are expanding our Clinical Systems team and currently have 2 Clinical System Developer roles open in our Reading office. 

     

    This is an excellent opportunity to begin a career as a System Developer within a Clinical Research Organisation. After an initial training period you will play a vital role in the success of any clinical trial and through working with other members of the wider project team. 

     

    As a Clinical Systems Developer you will be involved in maintaining database infrastructure for the collection of clinical data according to PRA and/or client SOP’s.  You will be exposed to all aspects of database programming including the development of solutions for clients (internal and external), programming data entry screens and edit and list programming reporting. The projects will be varied, global and European and will involve a great deal of liaison with all levels of the business.

    You are: Self-motivated, quality driven and keen to learn.

    • A graduate in Mathematics, IT or Computer Science and have strong numeracy and problem solving skill

    • Have exceptional inter-personal skills, and have the ability to learn new tasks and processes quickly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Tenacious, have high standards of quality with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritise and multi task.

     

    Programming experience in Rave or DataLabs, with knowledge of SQL and C# would be an advantage
