    Responsibilities

    Position overview:

     

    We are looking for a Safety Assistant to perform a variety of crucial administrative duties within the business unit Pharmacovigilance & Patient Safety (PVS).

    In this interesting and versatile position responsibilities include

     

    • Managing new and existing procedures and associated documents through the GPSE QMS system
    • Ensuring that the procedures are updated, reviewed and approved in a timely manner.
    • Performing the QC of document packages to ensure consistency throughout.
    • Tracking and monitoring timelines.
    • Liaising with GPSE stakeholders. Support author with resolution of comments.  If significant comments require further discussion, initiate meetings with functional areas.

    • experience as administrative assistant in Pharmacovigilance, Medical Information and Documentation or Clinical Development
    • advanced knowledge of computerized information systems and standard application software (Windows, MS Office)
    • considerable knowledge of electronic document management systems and safety related tracking systems
    • proven attention to detail in composing, typing and reviewing materials
    • fluency in English 
    • a high school diploma and/or equivalent
