    Responsibilities

    Install, maintain, and support multiple clinical applications like CTMS, eTMF. Ensure high level of application availability and provide technical support to end users.  Configure and implement system releases as required.

    • Support multiple clinical applications like CTMS and eTMF
    • Working in a global team environment to troubleshoot and resolve applications and system issues
    • Maintain and monitor the health of application infrastructure
    • Upgrade and patch a variety of applications
    • Conduct pilot tests before deployment to verify application behavior
    • Provide on-call support
    • Communicate with users and vendors to resolve system issues and complex projects
    • Evaluate processes, suggest improvements and work with the team to improve user experience

    Qualifications

    What do you need to have?

     

    Possess a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, or related area or equivalent professional experience including application-specific employment related experience.

    • 3+ year of hands-on systems administration experience
    • Excellent experience and skill creating technical documentation including System support processes, SOPs, validation deliverables (IQ/OQ,PQ, Validation Plan, User test cases)
    • Application production support experience with good technical and troubleshooting skills
    • Very good SQL skills, can create queries, joins, etc, and has a strong understanding of relational databases
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
    • The ability to work issues to resolution with limited direction and the willingness to reach out for assistance when needed
    • The ability to work as part of a team to get projects and work done
    • Experience in leading and managing smaller projects with multiple team members or vendors
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to engage users with friendly and engaging conversation
    • 5+ years of hands-on systems administration experience with Siebel Clinical, eTMF, and/or Document Management systems
    • MCSA, MCSE, Server+, or 4+ years systems administration experience.
    • Strong background knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and various Project Management methodologies
    • Excellent ability to follow up on issues and track multiple deliverables.
    • Very organized and focused with the ability to focus on one item until complete
    • Flexible with working hours
