    As a Study Start-up Oversight Manager you will be dedicated to one of our global pharmaceutical clients; a company that is advancing the development of new medicines, biologic therapies and vaccines for many of the world’s most challenging diseases including cancer, cardio-metabolic diseases, Alzheimer’s and infectious diseases. Be ready to work in a solid partnership and an environment driven by innovation and continuous improvement.

    Responsibilities

    Typical responsibilities:

    • Ownership of country and site budgets
    • Development, negotiation and completion of Clinical Trial Research Agreements (CTRA)
    • Execution and oversight of clinical trial country submissions and approvals for assigned protocols
    • Oversight of quality and compliance in assigned protocols in Turkey
    • Management of clinical and ancillary supplies, importing and exporting requirements, supplies destruction, local electronic/ hard copy filing, archiving and retention requirements, and insurance process management
    • Management of country deliverables, timelines and results for assigned protocols

    • The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
    • A quality-focused mindset
    • 5 + years of experience in Clinical Research
    • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree or equivalent / PhD or MD
    • Fluency in written and spoken English
