    Responsibilities

     

    PRA’s APAC Talent Acquisition is steadily expanding and due to recent promotions we are looking to hire Client Facing Recruiter.

    The Client Facing Recruiter is responsible for the delivery of Recruiting services and programs, including the identification and recruitment of individuals from outside PRA to fill open and planned positions in a timely and cost-effective manner and/or working on Recruiting projects, programs, and systems. 

     

    We have a fantastic opportunity for an Cilent Facing Recruiter to join the Talent Acqusition team. You will work in the friendly evniorment in our Beijing Office. Reporting to the TA Senior Manager you will help to support with the following responsibilities:

     

    Key responsibilities in this role include:

    • Responsible for the recruiting process and the successful staffing of positions including external hiring, internal transfer, and contract/ temporary resourcing
    • Develops, implements, and administers the recruitment programs for PRA operations
    • Provides operational support and focus relative to the recruitment function, acting in collaboration with Managers, Directors, and VPs at specific locations or business units
    • Works with Management Team to develop business and staffing requirements, and recruitment strategies and tactics.
    • Maintains reports of recruiting activity, including projections of future activity
    • Fully utilizes and maintains internal candidate, applicant, and new hire databases and systems
    • Fills high impact market positions by identifying professional and manager level candidates for openings by making contact by telephone i.e., cold calls as needed and performing queries of company database
    • Networking through technical journals, publications, and the internet
    • Traveling (as needed) to various regional offices to work and train with members of the management team
    • Helping build staff in other business units, or leading other special recruiting projects such as volume recruiting in a particular functional area, when necessary
    • Enters open requisition and candidate information into the company applicant database in an accurate and timely manner
    • Coordinates offer amounts and compensation packages with hiring managers and site Human Resources
    • Negotiates compensation packages with potential candidates
    • Conducts in-person evaluation interviews for candidates
    • Develops and implements effective practices for checking references of potential employees, including degree verifications and approved background checks
    • Continuously sources applicants for potential openings; maintains a pipeline of qualified individuals
    • Provides meaningful feedback on candidates to hiring managers for use in the hiring decisions
    • Conducts screening interviews to identify qualified candidates; assumes responsibility for initial interview scheduling note: it is the responsibility of the recruiter to insure effective interview scheduling and applicant flow, even if supported by an assistant or coordinator
    • Ensures proper review and disposition of all resumes received, including submission for scanning/editing/entry into the PRA resume database,
    • Presents slate of qualified candidates to hiring managers as open positions are identified
    • Answers candidate inquires, maintains resume file, schedules, sponsors, and conducts interviews, and conducts tours and introductions
    • Notifies applicants of application status, and maintains contact as required
    • Identifies candidates for key positions, and develops the relationship required to effectively recruit for current or future positions
    • Develops and maintains Recruiting information systems
    • Develops and implements internal Recruiting programs such as Relocation, Immigration,
      Internal Recruiting, Internal Transfer, Employee Referral, and works on other projects and programs as required
    • Develops and improves internal process flows and documentation consistent with PRA Management Systems initiatives

    To be considered for this opportunity, you will have a can-do attitude along with some experience of working within a recruiter position with some basic/good understanding of recruitment concepts. You will be proficient in end-to-end recruitment and a good command of communication skills in addition to having experience within a multi-currency environment.

    • Experience as a Recruiter in health care or pharmaceutical industry desired, or work developing and executing Recruiting support systems and Programs
    • Read, write, and speak fluent English; fluent in host country language
    • An undergraduate degree (in an appropriate academic discipline) from an accredited institution, or commensurate work experience, is required 
    • An advanced degree is preferred
