    Responsibilities

    Working fully embedded within one of our pharmaceutical clients, with the support of PRA right behind you, you’ll be at the heart of our client’s innovation.

    As a Contracts Associate, you will be dedicated to one of our global pharmaceutical clients, a company that values performance, recognises merit and has a high focus on quality. This environment encourages innovation, individuality and embraces people that want to be a part of it. 

    You will be working within a fast paced and dynamic environment, responsible for the commercial relationship with clinical trials sites.

     

    Key responsibilities will include:

     

    • Serve as primary point of contact with Investigative Sites for budget negotiations
    • Serve as primary point of contact between Legal and Investigative Site for project management of the contract
    • Escalate budgets, as required, for fair market value assessments
    • Document all budget and contract activities in a tracking database
    • Liaise with Sponsors Legal Department, CO, CSS and CRO to address and resolve site queries
    • Attend and contribute to study related meetings, as required
    • Keep CSS team members abreast of urgent issues and status updates that may adversely impact study start up timelines
    • Regularly contributes to a knowledge management database
    • Manage site relationships to high standards of excellence

     

    You will be supported in your role by a dedicated functional manager and benefit from a clear career progression pathway.

     

    Qualifications

    You Are: Proactive, highly organised and an excellent communicator. 

    • Able to learn quickly about the needs of Investigative Sites/Site Staff and their Institutional requirements
    • Able to understand, clearly articulate and defend template budget decisions and rationales 
    • Thorough understanding of budgeting process and able to summarize high-level feedback 
    • Can identify, communicate about and propose solutions for any site issues that may arise
    • Capable of editing in Microsoft Word and Excel (Powerpoint and Visio capabilities are a plus)
    • Educated with a Bachelor’s Degree (or international equivalent), or equivalent experience
    • Fluent in German and English
