You are an experienced profesional who is responsible for administrative support of various activities within Clinical Study Units. What will you be doing?

You will be responsible for all administrative projects and support functions for various departments. You will have a wide variety of responsibilities - we are including some of the biggest:

  • Booking meetings & taking meeting minutes
  • Time and Expenses
  • Completion of trackers (e.g. congress attendance, calendars, initiative tracking & follow up, etc.)
  • Administrative coordination
  • Assist with creating presentations
  • Updating databases 


What do you need to have? 

  • 0 – 2 years of related experience
  • Read, write, and speak fluent English & French; fluent in host country language required
  • Prior experience using computerized information systems required
  • Undergraduate degree or its international equivalent from an accredited institution is required
  • A degree in clinical, science, or health-related field is preferred
  • Clinical trials support, Data Coordination or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
  • Office-based or clinical experience preferred
  • Experience with Electronic Data Capture, PC Windows, word processing, and electronic spreadsheets preferred
  • Knowledge of ICH and local regulatory authority drug research and development regulations preferred
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
