Do you have an administrative or office management background and are you looking for a new job in a dynamic enviroment and team? We have a great opening for a Project Associate role within our Project Management group in Berlin - Germany, where you support our Project Managers doing their job, and in the end we hope to save the lives of patients by supporting pharmaceutical clients and bringing new drugs to the market.


The Early Development Services (EDS) division of PRA is a global leader in providing early-phase clinical research and bio-analytical services to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Project Associate (fulltime)


What will you be doing as Project Associate?

  • Providing administrative support to the project managers and team members
  • Supporting the execution of clinical studies
  • Providing logistical support for meetings and give secretarial assistance
  • Ensure collection and maintenance of all essential documents to support regulatory submission
  • Assist in preparation of study approval and in filing and archiving of study documents
  • Managing logistics and document exchange between clinical sites and PRA or client/sponsor


What do you bring as Project Associate?

  • Bachelor degree, preferably in administration, business/office support or finance
  • Preferably two years working experience in business/project management support
  • Advanced PC skills, good interpersonal and professional skills
  • Read, write and speak fluent English and German
