Responsibilities

We are looking for a Medical Activities Administrative Support based in Barcelona to work fully dedicated to one of our sponsors giving support to their Medical Affairs unit.

 

As an Medical Activities Administrative Support you will be dedicated to one of our global pharmaceutical clients; a science-based company with one of the most exciting product pipelines in the industry. This global pharmaceutical client develops breakthrough innovative medicines to improve and extend people’s lives in oncology, general medicine and eye care. The Medical Activities Administrative Support supports the implementation of Medical activities from an administrative and logistic perspective. 

  • Ensures contracts, materials, invitations, trips/hotels availability on time.
  • Supports administrative and logistic readiness from different medical therapeutic areas
  • Supports Medical Advisors and MSLs in logistics for making feasible medical activities like: Advisory Boards, Preceptorships, Scientific Meetings, Investigator Meetings, Congresses invitations
  • Participates in the planning phase of departmental activities
  • Assists in establishing schedules and priorities of routine work to meet departmental goals
  • Performs administrative tasks in a dynamic atmosphere while communicating and interacting with others in a professional manner.

  • Administrative experience in the pharmaceutical environment of at least 1 year, ideally within Medical Affairs Department.
  • Awareness of timing and budget accomplishment
  • Fluency in host language and English is required.
  • Strong IT skills, in particular MS Excel and the ability to take and type up accurate minutes.
  • You will be a strong communicator and have the ability to multi task and work effectively under pressure.
