Responsibilities

Location: Reading, UK

Duration: 12 month Fixed Term Contract

 

We have a great opportunity for an individual to develop Real Estate experience or apply their administrative skills to a new industry. Reporting to the Director of Real Estate, Facilities & Procurement and working closely with your team members, you will support with the following responsibilities:

 

  • Management of the Serviced Office Portfolio to include; negotiating new Leases, Lease renewals, Office expansions, office downsizing and general management and co-ordination of facilities responsibilities across the portfolio.
  • Working with external Real Estate Vendors to maintain and review the Lease database ensuring information is current and any new Lease documentation is processed for inclusion.  Attending calls and meetings as and when required to review data and discuss works in progress.
  • Creating and distributing internal ad-hoc reports.
  • Tracking and reporting on budget expenditure relating to Capital Expenditure including new office and refurbishment projects.
  • General departmental administration such as raising purchase orders, processing invoices, updating internal trackers and documentation.
  • Management of Real Estate Program administration to include update and distribution of project plans, attendance at program review meetings and acting as a general point of contact.

  • A graduate from a relevant discipline e.g. Real Estate / Facilities Services or have equivalent work experience.
  • Exceptionally organised with multi-tasking skills.
  • A team player with strong relationship building skills and a great sense of humour.
