The IT Support role is responsible for first – and/or second-level user system support.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Handles on-call responsibilities for production systems, requiring working knowledge of hardware, operating systems, and shrink-wrap applications.
  • Installs and maintains PC hardware and software to ensure use of standard configurations among location.
  • Provides system administration for the PRA Help Desk system. Develops and maintains knowledge base information. Provides solutions for reported problems.
  • Researches, analyzes, and implements patches and upgrades to fix operating system problems and vulnerabilities.
  • Maintains equipment inventories. Controls inventory movement at the end of equipment lease or warranty
  • Incident Management – Resolving general IT Support tickets using Remedy Force
  • On\Off Boarding – Using ADUC to setup and terminate user accounts, mailbox account setup using PowerShell, Cisco Call Manager for phone setups
  • Desk Setups and Patching  
  • Asset Management
  • Imaging Laptops – Windows 7 and 10


  • High School Diploma or international equivalent.
  • 2 years of relevant experience
  • Good knowledge and understanding of end to end flow of technology.
  • Intermediate trouble shooting skills (software, operating systems, user provisioning, user management, hardware, multi-functional devices, mobile devices, connectivity and email).
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Spanish
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task and respond to reported incidents in a timely manner.
  • Ability to determine best solution for reported incidents.
  • Willing to work office based in Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid.
