We are seeking an Enterprise Risk Management Analyst, reporting to the Director of Enterprise Risk Management, who will be responsible for maintaining PRA’s Organizational Resilience software programs for Business Continuity, Crisis Communications and Travel Risk Management. The role will interface with  stakeholders at all levels across PRA and vendors. Additional responsibilities will include:


  • Communicating the Organizational Resilience and Travel Risk Management Programs and training employees on the program and related topics.
  • Overseeing, maintaining and administering Business Continuity systems and serving as SME for these systems. Leading efforts in producing Organizational Resilience, Travel Risk and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) reports.
  • Scheduling and supporting the annual Business Continuity test cycle across all sites, to include testing automated notification systems and the production and review of test scenarios and exercises.
  • Performing horizon scanning and intelligence assessment for potential risks that may affect PRA’s abilities to undertake its business as part of the ERM Program or conduct its normal business operations. Escalating potential threats and making recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Assisting Crisis Manager and Executive-Crisis Management Team during a crisis events, being ‘on call’ outside of core business hours as part of the extended team.

  • A degree in a related field (i.e. emergency planning, risk management) and/or CBCI (Certificate of the Business Continuity Institute), CBCP (Certified Business Continuity Professional) qualification or higher.
  • Experience of working with Business Continuity systems
  • Be able to demonstrate a minimum of 3 years’ experience of having worked in this field, preferably on an international level.
