Responsibilities

Due to our global expansion, we are now looking to recruit a HR Manager.
Location: Japan

  • In this exciting role, you will be the primary HR interface with PRA Management in the development and application of HR strategies and processes in Japan. By creating a working environment that optimizes business performance and the performance of people, teams and departments, you will be playing a pivotal role in PRA’s future development. Amongst other tasks, you will be responsible for
  • Being the central point of contact for employees and management in all HR related matters
  • Managing contractual documents and employment verifications
  • Consulting with managers on employee relation issues
  • Analyzing data to verify trends, problem areas and providing resolutions
  • Providing expertise in interpreting and applying local employments laws

Qualifications

To be successful in this exciting role, you will be an HR professional with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in an HR function within an international context. You are an expert in Japan labour legislation.
