Responsibilities

Due to the significant growth of some of our key portfolios we currently have an outstanding opportunity for a Director of Project Delivery. This strategic leadership position will be located in any EU Country

 

In this exciting senior role you will have delivery oversight of key client accounts in addition to managing a team of Project Managers and Project Directors.  This includes maintaining and developing relationships with assigned customers through routine face to face meetings, networking with customers for future business development opportunities and providing the leadership as the ‘go to person’ for both internal and external issues in addition to supporting your team.

 

At a strategic level, you will be responsible for the management and growth via exceptional performance for the entire clinical trial portfolio. This includes involvement in proposal development and bid defence, providing leadership for trial deliverables and ensuring milestones are met, ensuring standardisation and learnings across the portfolio, leading monthly project review meetings to executive management, maintaining project financials to ensure bid profitability through review of projections and actuals, and estimating costs and timely execution of modifications. 

 

Reporting to the Vice President / General Partner you will be the leader of the PRA teams in the eyes of the customer and it will be your responsibility to ensure client satisfaction through PRA's successful execution of the trial, resulting in repeat business awards.

Qualifications

  • You will have a minimum of an undergraduate degree in a science or health related field, (advanced degree preferred), with experience in clinical research including project management experience of domestic and international studies. Candidates should have a proven record of team building and leadership skills, strong client interaction, relationship building, conflict resolution and risk management, plus a strong financial knowledge. Previous CRO experience is strongly desired.
