The Quality & Training Advisor is responsible for working with senior management to ensure effective quality oversight and training activities occur for assigned programs. They are responsible for creating and delivering training as well as providing ongoing feedback related to quality of services with critical attention to addressing issues with solution-oriented proposals.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements which impact company policies, directives, and procedures 
  • Good knowledge of the drug development processes, regulation awareness and scientific terminology
  • Proficiency in operating business computer applications and navigating the internet
  • Excellent organizational skills, be logical, systematic and curious; must be able to gather and interpret relevant information; ability to work in a high volume and strict deadline environment


  • > 2 years relevant industry experience

  • RN or Bachelor degree in biological science or health-care related field

  • Up to 3 years of experience in Training and/or Quality positions
